USDA International Egg and Poultry: US Egg and Egg Product Exports
Total US exports of shell eggs are up 6,910,299 (31%) dozen in January - April 2012 when compared to the same time period in 2011.
Total US exports of liquid and frozen egg products are up 111.9 (2%) metric tons in January - April 2012 when compared to the same time period in 2011. Individually in January -April 2012 Liquid and frozen whole egg is down 16%, liquid and frozen yolk is down 22% and liquid and frozen whites are up 35% when compared to the same time period in 2011.
Total US exports of dried egg products are up 1111.3 (19%) metric tons in January - April 2012 when compared to the same time period in 2011. Individually in January -April 2012 dried whole egg is up 58%, dried yolk is down 33% and dried whites are up 7% when compared to the same time period in 2011.
