Cantrell's Vacuum Transport Systems Reduce Cost

16 January 2012

US - Cantrell, a poultry and food processing equipment, parts sales and service company, has developed a new Vacuum Transport System that reduces costs to processing plants by reducing labour, maintenance, and water usage and improving overall sanitation.

The Vacuum Transport Systems are designed so weighing hoppers can be added at collections points. The addition saves workers from moving barrels to and from collection points, reducing labour and minimising the need for costly auger systems.

"We've spent many years developing and perfecting Vacuum Transport Systems that meet the individual needs of our customers," Cantrell General Manager Sales/Service/Engineering Dane Woods said.

"Whether moving edible or inedible product, we have a system that can reduce labour costs."

The Cantrell Vacuum Transport Systems also features new filtre tanks that reduce maintenance with easily accessible filtres that eliminate the need for additional overflow cyclones.
